Abstract
The article examines the text of three stagings of the Oresteia in Germany and in Italy, from 2014 to 2022, characterised by: 1. de-powering of the heroic characters and their actualisation; 2. attention to the marginal figures of the myth, especially female ones; 3. Use of contemporary jargon and reproduction of the narrative mechanisms of television series.
